Domo Arigato to Hanshi for conducting yesterday’s morning beach workout at Cocoa Beach, Florida.
Deshi and Sensei from both the Cocoa Beach and Cocoa YMCA Dojos participated.
The workout lasted three hours including adults and children of all rank levels.

My son, who just began his training, expressed after workout how much more difficult it was balancing and exercising in the deep sand. His favorite part of the workout was watching the Brown-belts and Black-belts performing all our various weapon katas with detailed explanation of their history and application.
It was a great morning filled with Joy and Vigor!
