Dec., 22, 2005, Year-End Workout
The Cocoa Beach and Cocoa YMCA deshi celebrated another year of Ueshiro Shorin-Ryu Karate with an end of year workout and compai Thursday evening at Cocoa Beach Recreation Center. A spirited workout was followed by food and drink and compai and kata enjoyed by one and all, including our newest Florida deshi, 17 month old Andrew Oscarson in full gi and obi.
Arigato to Hanshi for conducting the workout and for another year of unconditional leadership and commitment!
