Tonight, December 20th, about 25 students from the Cocoa Beach Ueshiro Shorin-Ryu Karate School showed up to participate in a green tip test for white belts.
Arigato to the following black belts for showing up to assist Shihan Des Chaskelson with the test: Sensei Tom DuJardin; Sensei Kurt Tezel; Sempai Connie Rutkowski, & Sempai Joe Motro.

Kudos to the following deshi who showed up to support those that tested and to participate in the workout and demos: Sheila Gagne (Ni-kyu); Clay Tezel, Orange belt; Danny, Sara & Wade Parker, (San-kyu’s); Trica, Megan & Kevin Tezel (San-kyu’s); Michael Adams (Yon-kyu); Roy Hill & Jean Shaw (Go-kyu’s); Rueben Darancou (Ro-kyu); and a special arigato to Larry Lyon (Ro-kyu) who is unable to train due to injury but showed up anyway to support those testing.
As always, domo arigato to Hanshi Scaglione upon whose leadership and support the growth of our school is based.
Reminder that tomorrow, Thursday at 6pm we will be holding our annual year-end workout to be conducted by Hanshi. Please make every effort to attend. Hope to see you all there.
