You all represented Cocoa Beach well!
Reminder that the holiday schedule for the next two weeks is: Monday 6pm at the Rec. Center and Tuesday 6.30pm at the Health Club. Hanshi reminded us today that the minimum requirement for advancement to the next level is consistent training at least twice a week. And as Hanshi says: “Be proud of your accomplishments in karate!”
