Over 60 Ueshiro Shorin-Ryu deshi, from six Brevard locations (Cocoa Beach, Cocoa, Merritt Island, Suntree, Titusville & Viera), as well as black belts and kyu ranks form New York City, Pallisades New York, and Los Angeles all gathered at the Cocoa Beach Dojo for a class conducted by Kysohi Seeger, under the direction of Hanshi Scaglione.
This class was part of a special Ueshiro Shorin-Ryu Karate weekend which commenced yesterday with a workout at Hanshi’s dojo in Viera, and will include black belt testing on Sat. morning at the Cocoa Dojo, followed by kobudo (weapons) seminars and other karate training in the afternoon, culminating in a special 9am workout at Hanshi’s dojo in Viera on Sunday morning.
