June 15, 2007: Green Tip Test

Tonight, June 15th, about 20 students from the Cocoa Beach Ueshiro Shorin-Ryu Karate School showed up to participate in a green tip test for white belts.

Arigato to black belts Sensei Tom DuJardin and Sempai Joe Motro for assisting with the test.

Congratulations to the following students who tested and were promoted:

  • Ro-Kyu (one green tip): Helena Denemark
  • Go-Kyu (two green tips): Anthony Clarke and Steven Clarke

    Kudos to the following deshi who showed up to support those that tested and to participate in the workout and demos: Sheila Gagne (Ni-kyu); Wade Parker, (Orange belt); Roy Hill & Jean Shaw (Go-kyu’s); Lathum Kellum Jnr. (Yellow Belt); Larry Lyon (Go-kyu) and white belts Mark, Marilyn, Kiani and Maleko Mariani.

    As always, domo arigato to Hanshi Scaglione upon whose leadership and support the growth of our school is based.
